(1) The following selection committee will be formed to recommend the women military police working in the military police for promotion to officers:-
(a) Worker or the officer appointed by him – Chairman
(b) Military Secretary or in his absence an officer designated by him – Member
(c) Spouse of Central Military Police – Member
(d) Authorized representative of Central Military Police – Member
(e) The chief officer of the executive department (recruitment selection) or the officer designated by him - member - secretary

(2) The recruitment committee according to sub-rule (1) selects for promotion women military police officers who meet the following qualifications: After passing the post officer Aadhaar training, Rule 4C. Will recommend for the post of commissioner as follows:-
(a) having completed five years of service in the rank of post and completed the necessary training, or
(b) Having passed the certificate level or equivalent and served for two years in the rank of post.
